Ashtanga Yoga is a way of doing asana reflective of the actual 2000 year old tradition it is named for. We practice asanas or physical postures daily. We learn to become still, even while moving through the movements. We learn to be as we are, and observe, as we face each day anew on our mats, through all the permutations of life.

Anyone can do this Yoga, on whatever level is possible in your life, and derive benefit. All that you need is a mat and a place, and the heart to show up and practice.

Handed down through a traditional lineage, Ashtanga Yoga came to the west in this form through Sri K Pattabhi Jois, and his grandson Sharath. My aim is to teach the practice in its purest and simplest form, in the way that my teachers taught me.
